Inferno’s Bistro – France vs. California

On May 29th, 2014 at Inferno’s Bistro, the wines of France squared off against California in memory of the famous Judgement of Paris. The votes were tallied and the clear winner emerged. Just as with Paris in 1976 California came out on top, with excellent pairings for each of the 5 courses.
