As Winnipegers, we all know that summer is preciously short, so we tend to soak in as much sunshine, patio time, and delicious Manitoba produce as possible during the brief summer months. My go-to for wine during warm days tends to be crisp whites and fresh rosés to accompany said patio time and great food.
On a warm day I paired Oxford Landing Rosé with cold roast chicken and a huge fresh salad; its dry crispness and bright strawberry flavours paired perfectly. However, this easy drinking wine could also be easily enjoyed without food. I suggest sipping on a glass while soaking in some warm rays of sun.
