Making sushi hop – Rock Rabbit Sauvignon Blanc

Although winter refuses to give up, Evan and I are going fancy tonight – eating sushi and drinking a deliciously chilled white wine. What goes perfect with salmon & tuna sashimi AND California rolls you may ask?
We decided the Rock Rabbit Sauvignon Blanc from California. The beauty about this rabbit is that it has a tail end of Gewurztraminer which adds a hint of lychee and spice at the end of each sip. Crisp and sharp to the nose with aromas of freshly sliced peaches and delectable apricots, this white is sure to strike a balance with the many, layered complexities of delicious sushi. Clean on the palate, the hint of lemon rind adds a nice quenching tart finish. Available in either our staff picks wall or chilled and ready in the cooler at the store front for only $15.95.
